Booking Your Session

All appointments are arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

​

To secure your appointment, a £15 deposit is required at the time of booking.  Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

​

Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

​

The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment by cash or by bank transfer.

​

 

Cancelling or Rearranging Your Appointment

​

I completely understand that sometimes plans change.

​

If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

​

With 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to another suitable appointment.

​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may result in the deposit being retained.

​

I will always do my best to be understanding where genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances occur.

Mobile Appointments

​

As Serenity Healing Reiki is a mobile service, I travel to you so that you can enjoy your session in the comfort of your own home.

​

Please ensure that there is a suitable, quiet and comfortable space available for your Reiki session.

​

For appointments outside my usual local travel area, an additional travel charge may apply.  This will always be discussed and agreed with you before your appointment is confirmed.

Reiki Sessions

​

Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice intended to promote relaxation and support your overall sense of wellbeing.

​

Reiki is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition and should not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.

​

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical or professional advice regarding any health concerns.

​

Spiritual Guidance & Intuitive Support

​

My Spiritual Guidance and Intuitive Support sessions provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for reflection, conversation and personal insight.

​

These sessions are intended to support your personal and spiritual wellbeing.  They are not a replacement for medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice.

​

I will never make decisions for you.  My role is to offer a gentle guidance and intuitive insight while supporting you to trust your own feelings, choices and inner wisdom.

​

Your Privacy

​

Anything you choose to share during your session will be treated with respect and discretion.

​

I will not share your personal information or details of your session with others except where I am legally required to do so.

​

Your Comfort & Choice

​

Your comfort is important to me.

​

You are always welcome to ask questions, pause your session or let me know if anything does not feel comfortable.

​

You are in control of your session at all times. 

 

Before your first appointment, you don't need to prepare anything.  Simply be as you are and wear comfortable clothes. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki, and you are welcome to ask questions before we begin.
