What is Reiki? 

Reiki is a Japanese holistic natural healing process.

 

With the recipient's permission, a Reiki Master practitioner channels universal life force energy through gentle hand placements above the head and body of the recipient, who is fully clothed and relaxed on a mobile table or chair. 

 

The universal life force energy restores both the mind and body back to its natural healthy, balanced energy. 

 

It releases any blockages and removes toxins. 

 

Assists the body in releasing pain and trauma.

 

Brings the recipient into a very calm, balanced body and peaceful state of mind.

What does Reiki feel like?

First of all, the patient is placed into a very calm, peaceful and comfortable environment. When the Reiki practitioner places their hands over the recipient, it produces an energy field of heat that is soothing and healing.

Who It Helps

Reiki is for everyone. But most people use it to assist with health issues, either mental, physical or emotional.

Session Length

Length of sessions vary, depending on an individuals need. A standard full body Mobile Reiki session usually lasts for just over an hour, including set up and a brief post-session consultation.

About Me

I'm Julie, a Reiki Master with over 10 years experience.

​​

Reiki has helped me tremendously in my own personal journey of depression and severe emotional traumas. Over the years I have gained in wisdom, knowledge and intuitive nudges to help deal with mental health issues, not only for me but for others going through similar experiences. I use and offer Reiki to balance the body and mind.  I also offer additional guidance - if your needs permit, with my own very useful tried and tested practices to help relieve these types of issues permanently.

To each session, I bring along a Mobile Reiki table, but if you don't have room for it, please don't worry, you can use the comfort of your own armchair if preferred. I also bring along some calming, relaxing music.

To create the perfect ambiance, I can also provide, additional elements if you prefer, please request on booking: -

  • burning incense

  • crystals
